My Honest Review Of Phen375

When i first received the pills (i ordered 3 month supply and got 1 bottle free) i was a little nervous at first because i’ve been coming up with an exercise routine over the past couple days to go with my work schedule and i didnt know i well the pills would hold up to my routine. I’m in my early 30′s and some people might say i was a bit  over weight (obese) but i don’t care i went from 290 to 210 in 90 days with a consistent workout plan and eating plan and i must say im very happy with the results. Me being a skeptical person, i didn’t want to purchase phen375 online unless i knew it would work, the investment was well worth it for sure.

The booklet also states that you must take 2 pills every day, one 20 minutes before breakfast and another 20 minutes before dinner. I carefully followed their plan thoroughly, although, I must admit that I did not always eat right, however, I did exercise a little depending on how much weight you want to lose in a week, here are my results:

Week 1

Ok, like i was instructed to i took a pill before my fist meal and last big meal, ate healthy but did a small workout a couple days out the week which lead to me losing 4.2 pounds! This was great for me.

Week 2

Same routine as first week but this week i was a little overwhelmed so not to much working out but i still manage to lose more than than the first week, i lost 5.6 pounds. Yayyyyy

Week 3

Excited that there was actually a product out there that worked for my weight loss, i gave up my work out this week and still lost 4.5 pounds. WHOA

Week 4

This week really sparked reality in my head that eating healthy is the best way to go when trying to lose weight. I lost 3 pounds but that’s mainly because i took 1 pill a day (my neighbor seen my results and bribed me into giving her some of  my pills) and only ate healthy, no exercises.
